What You'll Do:

• Identify marketing and communication needs based on business objectives and develop compelling campaign themes, messaging, and strategies.
• Lead marketing and communication projects from concept through execution, ensuring programs are delivered on time and aligned with business goals.
• Evaluate campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable recommendations to improve future initiatives.
• Contribute to campaign budget development and management while coordinating cross-functional project teams and resources.
• Ensure marketing activities align with risk, regulatory, compliance, and internal control standards while fostering an inclusive environment that reflects the organization's brand and values.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in managing marketing campaigns in a client or agency environment.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the financial domain, preferably Consumer Lending.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Previous end to end Campaign Execution, primarily Email Campaigns.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Project Management.
