About the Role As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our company, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and offering solutions that fit their vision. This outside sales position uses advanced technology to design and present high-quality bath solutions to potential customers. Your Responsibilities Conduct in-home presentations using our iPad-based sales system Participate in weekly sales training to continually improve your skills Utilize our software to build personalized bath designs Present pricing and consistently close sales What We Are Looking For Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Experience in home sales is highly valued Background in home remodeling or a similar in-home sales environment is a strong plus (training provided for the right candidate) Reliable transportation and local residency required Confidence in presenting and speaking with homeowners Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented Thrives in a fast-paced sales environment Outgoing and comfortable in social settings commission-based position with unlimited earning potential .
