About the Role
The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President for Consumer Product Sales Lead - Customer Growth. The successful candidate will be a strategic and results-oriented leader, accountable for driving acquisition growth within the personal installment loan business. This pivotal role involves executing customer acquisition strategies across various channels, with a focus on sustainable portfolio growth. The SVP will be responsible for end-to-end campaign planning, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery of business objectives. A comprehensive understanding of the business impact of technical contributions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders are essential. The role also requires a strong background in product sales, customer acquisition, and growth, as well as experience in managing portfolio and marketing strategies. Applicants for the SVP position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' related product sales experience, with a preference for those holding a Master's degree. The role demands a candidate with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders, and the ability to lead acquisition growth through channel optimization.
