R&L Spring is looking for two motivated high school students to join our Youth Apprenticeship Program in maintenance and manufacturing. What You'll Get Hands-on experience in a real manufacturing environment The opportunity to learn from experienced mentors Exposure to maintenance, machine operations, and production processes Skill-building with tools, equipment, and problem-solving A chance to explore a high-demand career path (without college debt) A supportive, team-oriented environment where you'll actually matter What You'll Do Work alongside skilled team members and learn how things are made Get hands-on with equipment like lathes, grinders, and drill presses Assist with basic maintenance and troubleshooting Learn how to safely operate tools and machinery Help keep the facility organized and running smoothly Be part of real projects and continuous improvement efforts What We're Looking For High school junior or senior enrolled in Wisconsin Youth Apprenticeship Someone who enjoys working with their hands and learning new things Reliable, motivated, and willing to ask questions Interest in manufacturing, maintenance, or skilled trades Program Details Year-long program (~450 hours) Rotate through different areas like maintenance, production, and grinding Paired with mentors who will guide and support your growth Why R&L Spring?
