Youth Apprenticeship Opportunity - R&L Spring (Lake Geneva, WI)
Maintenance & Manufacturing Pathways

Ready to start your career before you even graduate? R&L Spring is looking for 2 motivated high school students to join our Youth Apprenticeship Program in maintenance and manufacturing .

This isn't just a summer job, it's a chance to learn real skills, work with your hands, and get paid while exploring a future career.

What You'll Get

What You'll Do

Work alongside skilled team members and learn how things are made
Get hands-on with equipment like lathes, grinders, and drill presses
Assist with basic maintenance and troubleshooting
Learn how to safely operate tools and machinery
Help keep the facility organized and running smoothly
Be part of real projects and continuous improvement efforts

What We're Looking For

High school junior or senior enrolled in Wisconsin Youth Apprenticeship
Someone who enjoys working with their hands and learning new things
Reliable, motivated, and willing to ask questions
Interest in manufacturing, maintenance, or skilled trades

Program Details

Year-long program (~450 hours)
Rotate through different areas like maintenance, production, and grinding
Paired with mentors who will guide and support your growth
