Ready to start your career before you even graduate? R&L Spring is looking for 2 motivated high school students to join our Youth Apprenticeship Program in maintenance and manufacturing .

What You'll Do

• Work alongside skilled team members and learn how things are made
• Get hands-on with equipment like lathes, grinders, and drill presses
• Assist with basic maintenance and troubleshooting
• Learn how to safely operate tools and machinery
• Help keep the facility organized and running smoothly
• Be part of real projects and continuous improvement efforts

What We're Looking For

• High school junior or senior enrolled in Wisconsin Youth Apprenticeship
• Someone who enjoys working with their hands and learning new things
• Reliable, motivated, and willing to ask questions
• Interest in manufacturing, maintenance, or skilled trades

Program Details

• Year-long program (~450 hours)
• Rotate through different areas like maintenance, production, and grinding
• Paired with mentors who will guide and support your growth
