Detailed Description of Services

Primary Role: Configure, implement, support, and optimize ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions to support enterprise governance, risk, compliance, audit, and policy management initiatives.
Key Tasks: Collaborate with business stakeholders, platform teams, and support teams to automate workflows, enhance platform capabilities, troubleshoot issues, and maintain operational excellence.
Environment: Agile delivery teams, IT service management (Incident, Change, Production Support), and technical integration support.

Key Deliverables

Process Flows
Mentor and Knowledge transfer to client project team members
Author/co-author project deliverables for assigned areas
Data conversion and data maintenance
Provide best-practice, OOTB, and alternative solutions
Thought leadership and hands-on technical configuration/development

Custom Skill Requirements (EXPERT/ADVANCED/NONE)

ServiceNow IRM/GRC: Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, ACLs, Reporting & Dashboards, and Update Sets.
GRC Modules: Risk Management, Policy & Compliance Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management solutions.

Mandatory Candidate Qualifying Questions (Mandatory: YES)

Experience Check: Do you have 4–6 years of IT experience with at least 3 years supporting Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC), Audit, Security, or Risk Management programs?
