WoundGen - Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and organized Per Diem Medical Courier to support our mobile urgent care locations throughout Los Angeles. The courier will help set up and break down mobile locations, transport medical specimens, and deliver supplies and equipment. A company van will be provided for assigned routes and work-related duties. Responsibilities: Set up mobile urgent care locations before operations begin. Break down locations and collect equipment at the end of operations. Transport tents, tables, chairs, equipment, and supplies. Pick up specimens from assigned mobile urgent care locations. Verify specimen counts with the Medical Assistant before leaving. Deliver specimens safely and on time to UPS or another assigned location. Submit delivery receipts and tracking information. Deliver and restock medical supplies. Communicate arrival times, delays, and specimen concerns to the team. Protect patient information and keep specimens secure. Keep the company van and cargo area clean and organized. Follow all safety, transportation, and confidentiality procedures. Qualifications: Valid California driver’s license. Acceptable driving record. Ability to safely operate a company van. Must meet company vehicle insurance requirements. Reliable transportation to and from the designated company van pickup location. Familiarity with driving throughout the Los Angeles area. Reliable smartphone with GPS and photo capabilities. Strong communication and time-management skills. Dependable, punctual, organized, and detail-oriented. Able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds. Comfortable setting up and breaking down tents, tables, chairs, and other mobile equipment. Previous courier, delivery, setup, or healthcare experience is preferred but not required. Schedule: This is a per diem, as-needed position. Weekly hours are not guaranteed. Assignments may include setting up or breaking down locations, covering callouts, completing specimen routes, and delivering supplies.
