Key Responsibilities

• Build positive, trusting relationships with patients.
• Diagnose and treat mental health conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
• Conduct regular meetings with patients to provide counseling and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Perform ongoing assessments of patient progress.
• Involve and advise family members when appropriate.
• Plan outreach and referral initiatives within the community.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months of experience in a clinical setting after obtaining full licensure.
• A Master’s Level Degree or higher in a relevant field (Required).
• A full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or Psychologist license (specific to office location). Applicants without a valid license will not be considered. We are not hiring associate/intern level therapists at this time.
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus, but not mandatory.
• Maintain professional licensure and/or certification throughout employment.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Capability to guide, direct, or influence others.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and their families.
• Electronic Health Record (EHR) Proficiency: Experience in using EHR systems effectively for managing patient data and documenting clinical information. Familiarity with NextGen is highly desirable.
• Computer Skills: Strong proficiency in various software applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations. Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and troubleshoot common issues.

The total annual compensation includes a base salary of $90,000 plus a monthly billed hour bonus. Estimated total yearly compensation varies based on billed hours:

• At 25 billed hour units: $96,000
• At 27 billed hour units: $102,032
• At 30 billed hour units: $111,080
