Key Responsibilities:

- Perform calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of measuring instruments and equipment.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy in metrics by conducting routine inspections and audits.
- Collaborate with quality assurance and production teams to integrate metric standards into daily operations.
- Maintain detailed records of calibration and maintenance activities for compliance and reporting purposes.
- Analyze measurement data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new measurement processes and best practices.
- Provide technical support and training to team members on the proper use of measurement tools and techniques.

Qualifications:

- Associate degree in metrology, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of measurement principles and practices.
- Proficiency with measurement tools and software, such as calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical team members.
