Senior Loan Advisor
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support a growing team, the remote Senior Loan Advisor will assist investors and borrowers in securing loans for business-related real estate projects, including bridge loans and multifamily properties, while maintaining professionalism and adherence to company guidelines. Key responsibilities Consult directly with investors and borrowers to identify suitable loan products for their real estate projects Analyze financial data and investment plans to recommend appropriate lending solutions Guide clients through the loan process from application to closing, ensuring compliance and a smooth transaction Required qualifications Existing book of business dedicated to real estate investors Proven experience in mortgage lending, particularly in investment property financing Strong knowledge of various real estate investment loan products Deep understanding of real estate market dynamics and financing strategies Ability to adhere to guidelines, policies, and procedures
