Human Resources Specialist

Total Quality is looking for a Human Resources Specialist to support core people operations for a growing organization. This onsite role in Kailua-Kona, HI will help keep recruiting moving, onboarding running smoothly, and HR documentation organized, while also supporting employee recognition, events, and training logistics. In this full-time position, you will provide hands‑on administrative and coordination support across multiple HR functions. The role is well‑suited to someone with at least a year of HR, recruiting, office administration, or related support experience who can manage competing priorities and maintain a strong service mindset for employees and candidates.
