Retail Sales Professional

Job Description

The Retail Sales Professional plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting sales initiatives for apparel, accessories, and home goods. They work within medium to large teams to ensure an inviting store environment, accurate product knowledge, and efficient transaction handling using standard POS systems. This position requires strong engagement skills to connect with customers, assist their needs, and contribute to overall store presentation and merchandising.

Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs and preferences
Maintain thorough knowledge of apparel, accessories, and home goods
Ensure attractive and organized store presentation and merchandising
Engage customers with friendly and informative interactions
Handle cash and operate POS systems accurately during sales transactions

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of retail sales experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems
Strong customer service skills
Deep product knowledge in relevant categories
Effective sales techniques to drive revenue
