In this high-impact role, you will partner with HR and business leaders to resolve complex employee matters, lead priority initiatives, and strengthen the employee experience across a dynamic manufacturing environment. This is an opportunity for a hands-on, strategic HR professional who brings sound judgment, strong execution, and the ability to influence meaningful outcomes across teams.This is an onsite position. Candidates should live within a daily commutable distance to our site in Wilmington, DE.Employee Relations Execution & GuidanceLead complex employee relations matters and drive fair, consistent, and compliant outcomesConduct investigations, prepare clear documentation, and provide timely updates on legal or escalated mattersCoach HR partners and leaders on effective case management, risk mitigation, and practical solutionsIdentify ER trends and recommend proactive actions that improve the employee experience and reduce riskHR Project Management & Process StandardizationLead and support high-priority HR initiatives that improve consistency, efficiency, and business impactSupport M&A integration activities and HR process harmonization across teamsSimplify and standardize HR processes while partnering with HR colleagues to implement practical improvementsTrack project milestones, risks, and deliverables to ensure strong execution and adoptionOrganizational Capability & UpskillingPartner with site HR and business leaders to identify capability gaps and development opportunitiesSupport upskilling initiatives that build stronger leadership, HR, and organizational capabilityServe as a trusted coaching resource for HR, employees, and leaders to improve performance and engagementCreate tools and resources that promote consistency and support talent capability across the businessStakeholder PartnershipBuild trusted partnerships with site HR, business leaders, Centers of Excellence, and cross-functional teamsTranslate business needs into practical HR solutions that enable leaders and support employeesInfluence effectively across all levels while maintaining credibility, confidentiality, and sound judgmentQualifications ProfileBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred5+ years of progressive HR experience, including strong employee relations and leadership coachingManufacturing environment experience requiredEnglish proficiency required; Spanish proficiency preferredDemonstrated project management skills with experience leading or supporting HR initiativesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trustProven ability to lead change, improve processes, and drive adoption across an organizationStrong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions and recommendationsExcellent judgment, organization, and strategic thinking skillsJoin our Talent Community to stay connected with us!DuPont is an equal opportunity employer.
