Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Long Term Care

LPN – Long-Term Care12-hour night shifts; every other weekend and holiday.Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Contract Length: 13 weeksCurrent LPN licenseBLS CertificationExperience in long-term care setting preferredFamiliarity with EMR systems, specifically Point Click CareProvide nursing care to geriatric residentsAdminister medications and treatments as prescribedMonitor patient health and report changes to the nursing teamAssist with daily living activities and ensure comfortMaintain accurate patient records and documentationMedical, Dental, Vision Insurance After 90 DaysAccrued PTOContinuing Education through TLC Academy & Relias TrainingReferral Bonus up to $1,000401(k) with MatchAccess to Purchase AflacEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Discounts on Travel and Retail through Employee Discount NetworkLife InsuranceTLC ShiftShield income protection for eligible travelers between assignmentsOrientation to be completed before the first shift.
