Pay Range: $15–$17 per hour

Full-Time Opportunities Available

Current Openings: 10PM-6AM | PRN

Shifts:

• Days: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM | 4 Days On, 2 Days Off Rotation
• Evenings: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM | 4 Days On, 2 Days Off Rotation
• Overnights: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM | 4 Days On, 2 Days Off Rotation

What You'll Do

As a Caregiver, Resident Care Associate, or CNA, you will play a vital role in supporting residents while helping them maintain dignity, independence, and quality of life.

You will build meaningful relationships with residents while providing hands-on assistance and compassionate support throughout their day.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Support individualized care plans
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal care
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition
• Document care and services provided
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Work collaboratively with nurses and community leadership
• Help create meaningful experiences and engagement opportunities for residents

Qualifications

• Previous Caregiver, CNA, PCA, HHA, Resident Assistant, or Resident Care Associate experience preferred
• Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, Home Health, or Senior Living experience preferred
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient demeanor
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Passion for serving seniors
