Occupational Therapist (Per Diem)
Join our dedicated team at Lake Placid Health & Rehab, where we're committed to providing exceptional care and exceptional experiences for our residents.
As an Occupational Therapist (Per Diem) with our skilled nursing facility, you'll play a vital role in helping our residents achieve their highest level of independence and well-being. With a scenic lakefront location in Lake Placid, FL, our 180-bed center offers a full continuum of care, including short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, memory care, and respite services.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy plans to enhance residents' functional abilities and independence
Conduct thorough assessments, evaluations, and treatment sessions to address physical, cognitive, and emotional needs
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans
Participate in staff training and education programs to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
About the Role:
Our Per Diem Occupational Therapist position offers the flexibility to work on an as-needed basis, with varying shifts and schedules to suit your needs and preferences
Work closely with a dynamic and compassionate team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, therapists, and support staff
