We are looking for a Tour Prep Technician to join the ranks of our skilled and efficient warehouse team in Nashville, TN. Daily workload will be split between checking gear in, testing, prepping, and packing work trunks for tours/events driven by daily demand. QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required to perform the essential functions of this job while exercising appropriate levels of judgment and discretion.Attention to detail with a strong emphasis on accuracy to ensure production at expected quality and quantity levels. Exceptional customer service skills Ability to excel and adapt in a fast-paced, client driven, demanding environment. Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude under sometimes challenging conditions. Prompt, consistent, and dependable attendance is a requirement for this position. Availability to work overtime on short notice, including weekends when necessary. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:Highschool diploma or equivalent.RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:Part of the inbound team: Counting, coiling, checking, and organizing gear returning from a tour/event.Part of the outbound team: gathering cables/ rigging, labeling/looming, and supervised packing of caddies. Assisting with the loading and unloading of trucks. Assisting with the cycle counting of all gear. Other duties may be assigned. Please note - this is an in-shop position.
