• Day Shift: 1 charge nurse, 4 nurses, 1 technician, 1 unit clerk, 1 physician, and 1 midlevel provider per pod
• Night Shift: 1 charge nurse, 4 nurses, 1 technician, 1 unit clerk, 1 physician, and 1 midlevel provider per pod

Patient Ratios: Average 3:1, Low acuity 5:1, Pediatrics utilize team nursing

Type of Equipment: Alaris

Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Meditech

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) for a dynamic and fast-paced healthcare environment. Our ideal candidate possesses a strong commitment to patient care and will thrive in high-traffic situations.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• A minimum of 1 year of Emergency Department (ED) RN experience
• Certification in BLS, ACLS, NIH, PALS, and TNCC
• Experience in traveling or working at large facility areas

Preferred Skills:

• ENPC certification
• Previous experience with Meditech EMR
• Experience in facilities larger than 52 beds

Typical Procedures

• IV starts and medication administration
• Patient sedations and pediatric care
