Flex Customer Service Security Officer — Full Time Location: Seattle, WA OR (Bellevue/Redmond/Kent/Renton combined) Wage: $28.90/HR Schedule (No set schedule; eligible to work 40+ hours per week) Day: 6am-2:45pm Swing: 2pm-10:45pm Grave: 10pm-6:45pm At Securitas, on-site security officers are the foundation of our organization. Responsibilities Conflict resolution and de‑escalation. Perform access control at security entrances/exits. Conduct patrols inside/outside the client’s premises, potentially in various weather conditions and different types of terrain. Frequent interactions with client employees and guests. Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity. Provide detailed written reports. Work in a team environment to ensure site/organizational goals are achieved daily. Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for the assigned site. High School Diploma, GED, or ability to complete the GED program within 6 months. 2+ years of professional experience in customer service and security. Standard computer/technology skills. Customer service background preferred. Prior Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus. Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a calm and professional manner. Must have great attention to detail and the ability to remain alert throughout the duration of the shift. Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid and effective judgement and use appropriate escalation.
