Hotel Sales ManagerARK Hospitality is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Hotel Sales Manager to support two properties in the Canonsburg and Washington County, Pennsylvania markets: Holiday Inn Express & Suites Pittsburgh SW – Southpointe Suburban Studios Washington. This role is responsible for generating new business, developing local account relationships, increasing room-night production, and supporting occupancy and revenue growth across both properties. The ideal candidate enjoys networking, meeting new people, building business relationships, and creating long-term partnerships that generate repeat business. This position combines proactive sales activity, account management, community engagement, and strategic business development.About the Properties:Holiday Inn Express & Suites Pittsburgh SW – Southpointe Located within the Southpointe business corridor, this property serves a strong mix of: Corporate travelers Energy and natural-gas companies Engineering firms Healthcare organizations Pharmaceutical businesses Technology companies Business consultants and project teams Major employers in the market include organizations focused on energy, engineering, healthcare, and technology, creating consistent lodging demand throughout the year.Suburban Studios Washington Located in Washington, Pennsylvania, this extended-stay property serves: Construction crews Industrial contractors Corporate relocation guests Healthcare travelers Government-related travelers Temporary workforce housing Sports groups and tournament travelers Long-term project-based employees The property specializes in apartment-style accommodations for guests staying several weeks or longer.Position Summary:The Hotel Sales Manager is responsible for driving top-line revenue growth across both hotels through proactive sales efforts, account development, relationship management, community involvement, and business-generation strategies.
