They ensure a high level of service and hospitality.Key Responsibilities:* Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including specialty cocktails, wine, and beer, in accordance with established recipes and standards.* Engage with members in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner.* Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all tools and supplies are appropriately stocked.* Monitor members’ alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service.* Follow all alcohol service regulations and the club’s policies regarding guest safety.* Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the bar area.Skills and Qualifications:* Prior bartending experience* Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits, and the ability to create new, signature drinks.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
