Enter a Zip Code or City & Select a Location Location: 2230 N Highway 360, Grand Prairie, TX, United States Date Posted: Apr 1, 2026 Requisition Number: 101527 Position Overview The primary role of the Client Services Representative (CSR) is to deliver superior customer service in all customer interactions, including order entry and bid processing, dissemination of product and service information, outbound sales/service follow‑up, and resolution of general customer issues and requests. The CSR resolves basic internal and external customer issues, identifies add‑on business opportunities, serves as a liaison between external customers and the internal organization, and gathers and compiles customer data and follow‑up information. Responsibilities Deliver superior customer service in all interactions. Conduct order entry and bid processing. Disseminate product and service information. Perform outbound sales/service follow‑up. Resolve general customer issues and requests. Identify add‑on business opportunities. Act as liaison between external customers and internal teams. Gather and compile customer database and follow‑up information. Qualifications Associate’s degree or equivalent experience. Minimum 1–2 years of related experience. Team‑player with sound judgment. Ability to plan, prioritize, and implement detailed instructions efficiently. Strong listening and communication skills to analyze customer and employee needs. Detail‑oriented, able to quickly organize and multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment. Other Information Will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. Pay, Benefits & Work Schedule The salary range for this role is $15.20/hour to $25.84/hour, inclusive of all state and local minimum wage requirements.
