Lead Teller & Branch Team Leader
Members 1st Partnership
Members 1st in Colonial Park, PA is seeking a Head Teller to supervise branch teller operations, ensure accuracy, and maintain high member satisfaction through effective team leadership and policy compliance.
The role includes coaching staff, handling opening/closing procedures, driving sales through needs-based conversations, and cross-training to cover duties across departments as needed.
