Job Description Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking an Industrial Security Analyst 3 to develop and administer security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment. The role includes studying and implementing federal security regulations that apply to company operations, obtaining rulings and interpretations, and preparing manuals outlining regulations and procedures for handling, storing, and preserving records. It also involves granting personnel and visitors access to restricted records and materials, conducting security education classes, performing security audits, and investigating security violations to prepare corrective action reports. You will be responsible for maintaining compliance with applicable security regulations and leading the security program for various Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) programs. Basic Qualifications 5+ years of Industrial Security experience or relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 3+ years with a master’s degree or relevant experience; an additional 4 years of applicable experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree. Current active Top Secret clearance. In‑scope investigation (T5, T5R, SSBI, SBPR, PPR) completed within the last 6 years or current enrollment in Continuous Evaluation (CE) program. US Citizenship required. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Knowledge of NISPOM, DISS, and/or SIMS. Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams). Preferred Qualifications Experience working on DoD and IC SCI programs. Top Secret clearance with SCI and current counterintelligence‑scoped polygraph. Experience as a Data Transfer Agent for control of media (training provided). Experience building/accrediting SCIFs using ICD‑705 Tech Specs and TEMPEST standards. Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) or other DoD/Industry professional certification. Experience with customer high‑side networks (CWAN, TIMMS, etc.). Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a team environment and follow projects to completion. Ability to maintain flexibility to handle changing priorities and deadlines. Willingness to work extended hours in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. Salary & Benefits Primary Level Salary Range: $87,600.00 – $131,400.00. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, discretionary bonuses, and long‑term incentives, depending on position level, responsibilities, and market conditions.
