Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Industrial Maintenance Technician to support production operations, facility reliability, equipment uptime, and infrastructure maintenance across a fast-paced industrial environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and improving a wide variety of production equipment, mobile equipment, cranes, utilities systems, and facility infrastructure.

Requirements

Job Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment failures and operational interruptions
• Support hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, and controls-related repairs
• Perform preventive maintenance inspections, lubrication, and scheduled servicing
• Diagnose and repair gearbox systems, hydraulic systems, electrical controls, and mechanical assemblies
• Maintain and repair forklifts, UTVs, EZGO carts, Club Cars, pallet jacks, and other mobile equipment
• Inspect and maintain cranes, hoists, lifting systems, cables, rails, grease systems, and structural components
• Maintain facility systems including HVAC, lighting, overhead doors, warehouse systems, and utilities infrastructure
• Assist with maintenance scheduling, planning, and purchasing coordination
• Support spare parts inventory and critical parts management
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability and preventive maintenance execution

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting ability across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and controls systems
• Experience with industrial maintenance and production support environments
• Knowledge of cranes, hoists, mobile equipment, and hydraulic systems
• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and maintenance documentation
• Experience with fabrication, welding support, and mechanical assembly repairs
• Understanding of preventive maintenance practices and safety procedures
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, reactive maintenance environment

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Multi-craft industrial maintenance experience
• Electrical troubleshooting and controls experience
• Crane inspection or rigging experience
• Forklift or mobile equipment repair experience
• Experience with CMMS/work order systems
• Welding and fabrication experience
