Functions may include:Diagnosing and resolving problems in response to customer reported incidentsPlanning and analysis of work processesResearching and reporting trends and patterns of problemsDeveloping training materials and performing computing/information system training sessionsDeveloping and maintaining problem tracking databasesInstalling, troubleshooting, and maintaining hardware and softwarePerforming backup and recovery operationsConsulting with users to identify needs and requirementsConducting feasibility studies and trade-off analysesEnsuring the rigorous application of information security/Cybersecurity policies, principles, and practicesMay be required to support DLA's eProcurement system(s).Minimum Experience:Six (6) years of progressive experience in the field of Information ProcessingThree (3) of which are specialized in Information Processing and involve a range of hardware/software solutionsTwo (2) of which are concentrated, hands on experience in installingSecurity/Clearance Requirements:MUST possess a current/active Top Secret Security ClearanceMUST possess a current/active DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAT Level II CompTIA Security+MUST possess one of the following Computing Environment certifications: MCITP SA, MCITP EA, MCSA: WS2016, MCSE: WS2016, MCSA: WS2016, MCSM:DS, M2012 NET, MCM: Windows Server 2016: Directory, MCA: MS Windows Server Directory, CCAA, GCWN MUS Citizenship is mandatory.SIS, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer.
