Director of Clinical Technology

Guiding the strategic product direction for the department, the full-time remote Director of Clinical Technology will manage the product roadmap, oversee the product lifecycle, and align stakeholders on complex business needs to drive impactful outcomes. Key responsibilities Lead the translation of business strategy into actionable product strategies and roadmaps through collaboration with business leaders and technology teams Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle of multiple enterprise-wide products, ensuring design, development, implementation, and support Drive a sustainable cyclical process of business value, including financial reviews, opportunity sizing, and product development Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field 10+ years of experience in business operations and systems integration, particularly in call center, enrollment, billing, and payment processing applications 5+ years of experience in agile software development and large-scale program management Management experience with budgeting and business case development Preferred experience in health insurance and program management
