Key Responsibilities:

• Installation and Construction: Assisting with the installation of plants, trees, hardscapes (patios, walkways, retaining walls), irrigation systems, and other landscape features.
• Site Preparation: Preparing sites by clearing debris, grading, and ensuring proper drainage.
• Equipment Operation: Operating hand and power tools, as well as some larger equipment like skid steers or excavators, safely and efficiently.
• Material Handling: Loading, unloading, and moving materials like soil, mulch, and plants.
• Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance on equipment and tools.
• Teamwork and Communication: Working effectively as part of a team, following directions, and communicating clearly with team members and supervisors.
• Safety Compliance: Adhering to all safety regulations and maintaining a clean and safe job site.
• Customer Interaction: Representing the company professionally and interacting with customers when needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and carrying materials.
• Experience: May require some experience in landscaping or construction, but entry-level positions are also available.
• Tool Proficiency: Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Teamwork: Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to adapt to changing situations and solve problems that may arise on the job site.
• Safety Awareness: Commitment to following safety procedures and maintaining a safe work environment.
• Valid Driver's License: May be required to operate company vehicles
