If you're compassionate, dependable, and thrive in a supportive, uplifting environment, we'd love to meet you!What We Offer $19.00/hour starting rate  Holiday double-time pay 401(k) with employer matchDental and Vision Medical insurance and Company-paid life insurance (FT Eligible) Voluntary benefits (disability, accident, critical illness) (FT eligible) Paid vacationAvailable ShiftsEvening 2:00pm-10:30pmNight 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM every other weekend only All positions include every other weekend and holiday requirement unless otherwise notedKey Responsibilities Prepare and administer medications according to physician orders Assist residents with taking medications safely and effectively Monitor residents for medication effectiveness and side effects Document all medication administration in MAR accurately Obtain vital signs, blood glucose, and other ordered measurements Provide encouragement, education, and emotional support to residents Deliver hands-on care and assist with daily living activitiesQualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required) Medication Technician certification (required) Diabetes training CPR/First Aid certification Experience in assisted living, senior care, or healthcare About Columbia CottageColumbia Cottage is a premier assisted living community offering multiple levels of care in a warm, home-like setting.
