Step into a fulfilling contract opportunity supporting K-8 students as a Speech-Language Pathologist. This full-time role (37.5 hours per week) runs from September 1 through June 10 and focuses on a manageable, small caseload. Desired Background & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Wisconsin SLP license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience in K-8 educational settings preferred
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches to various types of disabilities
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders among K-8 students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families for holistic student development
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary team efforts
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services, adapting to a range of abilities and backgrounds
