Customer Success Manager

Campus Ink is a rapidly expanding screen printing company with a focus on design, brand management, and e-commerce solutions. We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Specialist (CSS) with strong customer service experience, impressive organizational skills, and a talent for resolving customer issues. Demonstrating your super powers in customer service (following-up with customers, resolving issues, and coordinating with the Production team to track and re-ship items.) Being a super-communicator (working closely with the team on issues that arise and keeping close contact with customers to keep them informed and happy.) This is not a traditional corporate job, and that excites you! You are enthusiastic about change, spontaneity, and figuring things out as you go. You’re seasoned in customer service who is resourceful, adaptable, and resilient with impeccable communication skills. You have very strong people skills, including retail management, and possibly national accounts. You see resolving customer issues as a challenge, and nothing makes you happier than turning an angry customer into a loyal, lifelong client. You most likely have worked for a corporate company, and while it was a great experience, you didn’t feel like it was a long-term fit. You are looking to transition your skills into a new environment. An environment where teamwork is key, and being a self-starter with ambitious goals is encouraged.

JOB TYPE:

Full-time - This is a Full-Time Employee role, 40 hours a week Monday - Friday. This role may have the option for peak season overtime on weekends. You will be working onsite with our team in Urbana, IL. Local applicants only. PAY: Hourly, $17-22 per hour, depending on prior experience.

START DATE:

As soon as possible.
