As one of the first points of contact for passengers, drivers, and business partners, you will play an essential role in creating positive experiences and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to outstanding service.

Schedule

Friday through Monday 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM (8-10 hour shifts)

What You'll Do as a Customer Service Representative:

Customer Care & Communication

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with questions, concerns, and transportation inquiries.
• Provide accurate information regarding trip reservations, service availability, and account details.
• Deliver friendly, professional service with every customer interaction.
• Listen actively to customer needs and provide effective solutions.
• Ensure customers receive prompt and accurate assistance.
• Create positive experiences that build customer trust and satisfaction.

Driver & Operational Support

• Assist drivers with service-related questions and operational updates.
• Work collaboratively with dispatch and operations teams to support daily transportation activities.
• Relay important information between customers, drivers, and internal departments.
• Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions.
• Support service recovery efforts when issues arise.

Problem Solving & Service Recovery

• Address customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Investigate service-related issues and work toward timely resolutions.
• Escalate complex situations to leadership when necessary.
• Remain calm and solution-oriented during high-volume periods.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and provide feedback for service improvements.
• Help maintain high customer satisfaction standards through proactive support.

Administrative Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs.
• Update information within company systems and databases.
• Complete follow-up activities to ensure concerns are fully resolved.
• Assist with reporting and other administrative tasks as needed.
• Support company initiatives focused on operational excellence and customer retention.

Qualifications of a Customer Service Representative:

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in customer service, call centers, hospitality, transportation, retail, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to remain professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience using customer service software, CRM systems, or phone systems is a plus.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
