MET Labor: Performance & Process Improvement Lead
The Home Depot
The Home Depot is seeking a results-driven professional to develop and manage performance measures for the Merchandising Execution Team (MET). You will collaborate with field teams and internal partners to design proposals that improve labor planning and drive cost and productivity gains. You will lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives, guide internal resources and third-party providers, and train MET staff.
