Account Executive I/II, Parkinson's Disease - Brooklyn, NY

AbbVie seeks an Account Executive for its Parkinson's Disease franchise in the Brooklyn, NY territory. The role involves building strategic relationships with neurologists and specialists to drive adoption of on-market products while maintaining compliance with healthcare industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Deliver on-label scientific presentations and sales calls to Movement Disorder Specialists and Neurologists
- Develop and execute strategic and tactical account plans for targeted accounts in assigned territory
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, patient advocacy groups, and support organizations
- Attend neurology conferences, patient programs, and advocacy events to represent products and build awareness
- Monitor sales progress, report metrics, and communicate updates to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in health sciences, pharmacy, or business; or 8+ years equivalent sales experience
- Minimum 3 years healthcare field or sales experience with 2+ years pharmaceutical sales
- Ability to network and partner effectively across functional areas
- Strong organizational, project management, and demonstrated leadership skills
- Proven track record managing multiple stakeholders in complex environments
- HCIR credentialing eligibility including background checks, drug screening, and immunization verification
