The Role:
- Location: Centralia, WA 98531
- Assignment duration: January 2027 - ongoing
- Coverage Type: Inpatient
- Shift Type: 24-hour shifts (7a-7a)
- Schedule Type: In House Call
- Minimum 10 shifts per month
- Cases: Approximately 5 patient encounters per shift
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days
