ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2000 after spending years as a manufacturers rep selling building materials a company I owned and eventually sold before being referred to State Farm by a lifelong friend. Im a proud Ithaca College graduate with two daughters, and when Im not in the office, youll usually find me fly fishing, camping, or doing anything that gets me outdoors. Giving back to the community is important to me, and I enjoy supporting local police initiatives and children in need.

Our team includes five dedicated members, and I make it a priority to create a supportive, balanced work environment. I buy lunch for the team at least twice a week, often bring in coffee, and provide health benefits, strong work-life balance, and licensing reimbursement. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Tom Lewis - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
