Travel Physical Therapist – Westfield, Massachusetts MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing, a Joint Commission‑certified staffing agency, is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for an assignment with one of our top healthcare clients in Westfield, Massachusetts. Qualifications Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE. Must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy school. Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist/PT, or be in the process of obtaining licensure. Other requirements to be determined by the client facility. Responsibilities Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services; provide direct patient care to evaluate medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and restrictions. Establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals based on the patient’s capacity and tolerance, under physician direction. Set realistic and achievable goals, document and record patient condition. Educate patients and families in appropriate physical therapy methods. Develop a plan of care for each patient and provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions per physician orders. Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate, and modify care to meet goals of therapy interventions.
