Senior User Experience Designer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Irving, TX that is seeking a Senior User Experience Designer.

Responsibilities:
* Advocate for customer and business needs throughout the project lifecycle to help deliver effective solutions
* Create and refine workflows, concepts, and deliverables that support a positive user experience and business objectives
* Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to solve complex problems and prioritize initiatives with the greatest impact
* Collaborate with various teams to translate ideas, requirements, and feedback into practical solutions
* Contribute to the development and maintenance of consistent processes, standards, and best practices
* Gather, analyze, and apply feedback from users and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement
* Facilitate or participate in collaborative sessions to align teams, generate ideas, and refine solutions
* Present recommendations, decisions, and project updates clearly and effectively to stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree required
* 5+ years of experience
* Proficiency with industry-standard tools, systems, and technologies relevant to the role
* Experience developing solutions in complex or specialized business environments
* Strong understanding of established processes, standards, and best practices
* Ability to create scalable solutions that support a variety of business needs and operational requirements
* Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and deliver results
* Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
