We pride ourselves on providing a great experience for all our guests, with year-round offerings like skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, camps, development teams, and live music! We also have the perfect Event Center for sports banquets, weddings, receptions, and large group gatherings that can be booked year-round. We are seeking a positive outgoing and energetic full-time Bartender/Wait Staff to support our front of house operations.Customer ServiceGreet and welcome guests warmly.Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.Answer questions about menu items, specials, and restaurant services.BartendingPrepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.Maintain knowledge of various drink recipes and mix ingredients accurately.Check identification to verify legal drinking age.ServingTake food and drink orders accurately.Deliver orders to guests promptly.Ensure food and beverages are served to the correct standards and specifications.Monitor guests' dining experience and respond promptly to any requests or issues.Event SupportAssist in setting up for events, including arranging tables, chairs, and bar stations.Provide service during events, ensuring all guests have an exceptional experience.Help with tearing down and cleaning up after events.Occasionally assist with events held on the hill.Cash HandlingHandle cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately.Balance cash register at the end of shifts.Cleanliness and MaintenanceMaintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining area.Clean tables, remove used tableware, and ensure the bar and restaurant area is neat.Adhere to all health and safety regulations.Team CollaborationWork collaboratively with kitchen and other restaurant staff.Assist in training new staff as needed.Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.BenefitsFREE SEASON PASSCompetitive payFlexible hoursFun work environment!Seasonal positions allow for up to 40 hours a week!RequirementsAble to read, write, speak, understand and comprehend English fluentlyAble to communicate clearly, calmly and effectively with guestsAble to stand for long periods of time of excess of 4-6 hours without sittingAbility to lift or move 25 lbsMust enjoy working with the public and have strong people skills and etiquetteMust have a strong work ethic and able to help lead F&B staff by exampleMust have basic computer and cash handling skillsAbility to be trained on and become proficient in Point of Sales SystemProven working experience as a bartender/server preferredExcellent knowledge in mixing, garnishing and serving drinksPositive attitude and excellent communication skills
