Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mechanical Assembler to join our dynamic team in Fairfield, NJ. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the assembly of mechanical components and systems, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. Responsibilities- Assemble mechanical components according to specifications and blueprints.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure all assemblies meet company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
- Document assembly processes and report any discrepancies or improvements.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of assembly techniques.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in mechanical assembly or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Familiarity with hand tools and assembly equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
