Shifts: 1st and 2nd Shifts

Pay: $20-$25/hour ; Overtime: $30-$37.50/hour

Job Description

As an assembler, you will be responsible for measuring foam inserts using a tape measure and performing 10-15 step assembly processes. You will cut pieces with precision using a band saw and assemble foam inserts into custom cases. The role also involves adhering products together and using lamination equipment and foam assemblers.

Responsibilities

• Measure foam inserts accurately using a tape measure.
• Execute 10-15 step assembly processes.

• Adhere products together using appropriate techniques.
• Operate lamination equipment and foam assemblers.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in using hand tools and mechanical assembly techniques.
• Ability to read measurements and accurately use a tape measure.
• Experience with carpentry and bandsaw operations.
• Familiarity with measuring tools and blueprint reading.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Background in construction is a plus.
• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment is advantageous.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Paterson, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
