• Compensation: $35.00 - $36.00/hr (Contract) | $70,000 Base + $2,500 Target Bonus + $9,000 Partnership Bonus (Full-Time)
• Required Certifications: Must have Series 7 and Series 63 licenses obtained prior to submission

• Drive Meaningful Impact: Lead investigations, documentation, and resolution of potential and confirmed privacy incidents, paying close attention to state-specific privacy requirements.
• Be a Privacy Champion: Promote a culture of privacy prevention through proactive education, training, and reinforcement of best practices.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with management, legal, global privacy, and internal business partners to quickly address high-risk scenarios and control gaps.
• Innovate and Improve: Bring forward fresh ideas and innovative approaches that help reduce client impact and strengthen the overall privacy posture.
• Maintain Operational Standards: Assist in maintaining and distributing written privacy procedures, ensuring the division stays compliant with evolving regulatory guidelines.

Who Will Thrive in This Role

• Licensing Requirements: You hold active Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
• Background & Experience: You bring an undergraduate degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience) along with a minimum of 1 year of related experience (data privacy experience preferred).
• Client & Risk Focus: You care deeply about protecting client data, doing the right thing, and approaching challenges with a strong risk-mitigation mindset.
• Industry Familiarity: You bring strong knowledge of Personal Wealth processes and systems, or you are eager to continue building that expertise.
• Strong Communicator: You possess excellent writing, editing, and interpersonal skills to communicate clearly across cross-functional teams.
• Detail-Oriented & Autonomous: You manage deadlines with confidence, thrive working independently, and build strong, collaborative relationships across the organization.
