What you will do This role sits at the intersection of growth and execution. That means the scope will shift as the company evolves, but it will likely include: Launching and refining GTM motions Strengthening operational systems so the team moves faster Designing and running experiments tied to clear outcomes Identifying bottlenecks and fixing them Turning ambiguous problems into structured plans Who are we looking for Thrive in ambiguity and instinctively bring structure to messy problems Prefer owning outcomes over waiting for perfectly defined tasks Move fluidly between strategy and execution Use AI and modern tools as leverage, not novelties Operate faster than average because you automate, ship, and iterate Care about impact more than titles or perfectly defined swim lanes Want a steep growth curve and meaningful responsibility Ultimately aspire to build, lead, or start something significant The base salary range for this role is $100,000-$140,000. Actual compensation will depend on experience, qualifications, and scope of the role. In exceptional cases, offers may fall outside this range.
