Job Title: CNC Machine Operator
Location: Anoka, MN
Compensation: $21.00-$23.00 per hour - paid weekly
Schedule: 2nd Shift

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Machine Operators for a leading supplier in the polymer industry located in Anoka, MN. • Operate CNC machines (mills and lathes) to produce parts according to specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions
• Load raw materials and monitor machine operations to ensure proper function
• Make basic adjustments to machine settings to maintain product quality
• Perform and document production runs, quality checks, and any issues encountered
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
• Maintain accuracy, efficiency, and consistent product quality throughout production

What You Need to Bring to the CNC Machine Operator Role:

• Previous CNC machine operation experience preferred or willingness to be trained
• Basic understanding of machining principles and measurement tools
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical job tasks
• Manual dexterity with the ability to handle small parts
