Group Account Director

To drive exceptional client service and portfolio growth, the full-time remote Group Account Director will develop and implement comprehensive strategies across multiple client accounts, manage high-performing teams, and ensure operational excellence while navigating diverse contract models. Key responsibilities Create and execute comprehensive account plans for each client, driving high-quality results and portfolio growth Design and implement performance tracking systems to provide visibility into operational and financial metrics across client accounts Identify and implement new product offerings that address evolving client needs and drive portfolio expansion Required qualifications 10+ years of executive leadership experience in Facility Management and Commercial Real Estate, with multi-client account management Extensive experience managing multiple client relationships with various contract structures Proven track record of managing complex portfolio budgets of $50M+ Strong background in portfolio performance management, including KPI development and reporting systems Demonstrated risk management capabilities across multi-client operations
