Business Development Manager

Healthcare / Personal Injury | Full-Time | Multi-State Growth Opportunity

Telecare is expanding and seeking an experienced, high-performing Business Development Manager to help grow our presence across multiple U.S. markets. This is not a traditional territory-maintenance position. We are looking for someone who can build markets, develop productive referral relationships, generate measurable growth, and ultimately take on larger regional responsibility.

The BDM will develop relationships with personal injury attorneys, law firms, medical providers, healthcare organizations, and other strategic referral partners while representing Telecare's multidisciplinary concussion and TBI rehabilitation services.

What We Expect

• Generate strong monthly qualified referral volume.

• Develop new, productive referral accounts.

• Complete approximately 25 meaningful field visits and relationship-development meetings per week following the onboarding period.

• Build and manage a healthy referral pipeline.

• Conduct Lunch & Learns, presentations, networking activities, and professional events.

• Maintain excellent relationships with existing referral partners.

• Demonstrate disciplined CRM documentation and follow-up.

• Manage business-development expenses responsibly.

• Collaborate with Intake, Case Management, Rehab, Operations, and leadership to drive market growth and patient volume.

• Take ownership of assigned market performance and results.

Multi-State & Regional Growth

Telecare is building a multi-state business development organization, and this role may include responsibility across multiple markets. High-performing BDMs will have opportunities to:

• Develop new states and territories.

• Participate in company-supported market-development travel.

• Expand into additional geographic markets.

• Lead strategic referral relationships across multiple states.

• Advance into Regional Business Development Manager and future business-development leadership roles.

Compensation & Benefits

Telecare offers a highly competitive compensation package including a $90,000-$100,000+ base salary, depending on experience and demonstrated performance, plus a significant uncapped performance-based bonus opportunity.
