Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional, evidence-based therapy services to clients through visual or audio telehealth platforms. Conduct comprehensive assessments that inform personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs. Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, adapting methods to meet the diverse needs of clients. Set client-centered goals in collaboration with clients, actively monitoring and evaluating progress toward these objectives throughout the therapeutic process. Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation in accordance with industry regulations and company protocols, ensuring compliance and quality assurance. Foster positive therapeutic relationships with clients, employing a user-friendly scheduling tool to manage appointments and follow-up sessions efficiently. Experience in teletherapy and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems can be advantageous. Compensation and Benefits This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
