MAU is seeking a driven, competitive, and highly organized Recruiter to support hiring initiatives for skilled labor positions across manufacturing and logistics environments. This is not a transactional recruiting role—we're looking for a talent professional who enjoys the hunt, excels at sourcing passive candidates, and takes pride in filling challenging skilled trades positions quickly and effectively.

What You'll Do

\n

As a Recruiter, you'll be responsible for identifying, attracting, and placing skilled labor talent for MAU clients. Success in this role requires strong sourcing capability, urgency, resilience, and the ability to manage a high-volume requisition load.

\n

\n

Key responsibilities include:

\n

\n
• Source and recruit skilled labor candidates through networking, referrals, cold calling, social media, job boards, and other creative sourcing strategies
\n
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for manufacturing and logistics positions
\n
• Conduct candidate screening and qualification interviews
\n
• Prepare candidates for interviews and guide them through the hiring process
\n
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
\n
• Extend offers and negotiate compensation as needed
\n
• Provide regular follow-up with candidates, hiring managers, and account teams
\n
• Partner closely with Account Managers to develop recruiting strategies that meet client hiring demands
\n
• Utilize ATS systems to manage candidate pipelines and recruiting activity
\n
• Consistently meet or exceed recruiting performance goals and hiring targets
\n

Qualifications

\n

Required

\n

\n
• Bachelor's degree
\n
• 1+ years of recruiting experience focused on skilled trades, manufacturing, logistics, or industrial talent
\n
• Demonstrated success sourcing passive candidates
\n
• Experience supporting client-facing recruiting activities
\n
• Ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
\n
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
\n
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
\n
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and applicant tracking systems
\n

Preferred

\n
• 2+ years of experience recruiting for manufacturing, logistics, production, maintenance, skilled trades, or industrial environments
\n
• CSC, CSP, CPC, PHR, or related professional certifications
\n

Compensation/Pay Transparency

\n

This role is compensated with a base salary (50-58k annually) and is eligible to participate in our uncapped commission plan. Year one OTE is typically between 66-78k.
