Senior Financial Analyst

A fast-growing healthcare-focused organization are currently hiring to build out their young FP&A team with a Senior Financial Analyst hire. Reporting directly into the Director of FP&A, you'll gain great exposure to the full FP&A process, presenting to executive leadership, and cross-department collaboration.

With their office in Baltimore, this is a hybrid in-office position.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models, reports, and dashboards that support smarter decision-making.
• Analyze past and present results, uncover trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Assist with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and forward-looking projections.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to gather insights and align on strategic initiatives.
• Monitor performance versus forecast, investigate variances, and present findings to leadership.
• Support strategic decision-making with research, benchmarking, and industry insights.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data across systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related role.
• Strong foundation in accounting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; (NetSuite a plus)
• Exceptional analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex financial concepts to leadership.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred.
