*Position Overview*

Rayno Window Film is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive *Operations Manager* to oversee daily business operations and manage all purchasing and inventory functions. This role ensures smooth coordination between logistics, supply chain, warehousing, and vendor management, maintaining optimal efficiency and cost control. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience, strong organizational skills, experience in import/export operations, and a solid understanding of purchasing procedures for manufacturing or distribution environments.

*Key Responsibilities*

*Operations Management*

* Oversee day-to-day operational activities including logistics, order fulfillment, and warehouse coordination.
* Streamline processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain service quality.
* Manage and monitor inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with customs and import/export regulations.
* Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and operational KPIs.
* Collaborate with the Sales, Accounting, and Marketing teams to align operations with business goals.

*Purchasing & Supply Chain Management*

* Lead all purchasing activities for materials, finished goods, and operational supplies.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international suppliers.
* Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure cost-effective procurement and reliability of supply.
* Forecast inventory needs based on sales trends and production requirements.
* Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality, delays, or shortages.
* Coordinate import documentation, shipping schedules, and customs clearance.

*Financial & Administrative Oversight*

* Prepare and manage operational budgets, purchase orders, and cost analyses.
* Support management in financial forecasting and inventory valuation.
* Oversee vendor billing accuracy and coordinate with accounting for payment approvals.

*Team Leadership & Compliance*

* Supervise warehouse and logistics staff to ensure adherence to operational standards.
* Implement and maintain systems for safety, compliance, and efficiency.
* Support company-wide initiatives for continuous improvement.

*Qualifications*

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
* 5+ years of experience in operations or purchasing management, preferably in manufacturing, automotive, or film-related industries.
* Proven track record in vendor negotiations, cost management, and logistics coordination.
* Knowledge of import/export regulations, Incoterms, and customs procedures.
* Proficiency with ERP or inventory management systems.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent organizational ability and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
